We develop training programs based on organizational needs for different level of personnel from top management level to technical level staff and to lower level field and institutional personnel to deliver effective programs. We involve the organisation through a consultation mechanism to make sure that the long and short goals of the organisation, the type of change to be impacted and change management is achieved effectively and sustainably.
We have done similar on-the-job, inhouse training of counter staff of several of our clients in the various disciplines as well as we have conducted specialist training programmes in various water-related issues for water-related, local development and agricultural insitutions.
Hydrology, water resources modelling, hydarulic modelling, water supply system design, water-sector management information system, groundwater modelling, and pump operation and maintainance, irrigaton scheuling, organic agriculture, etc were underaken by various staff of the Company.

Our capacity building programs are developed as per the best international standards and resources that are tailored to different levels of organisational needs through full-time and outsourced specialist experts. So far about 80% of our capacity building projects were handled by inhouse staff members.
