Institutions in the water, transport, enenrgy, or any infrastructural sector are always caught with lack of the full range of information and always strive for having robust management decision making platforms at different levels. This is common in both the developed and developing world that information is not readily avaiable in realtime at different levels of management about the full spectrum of information in each sector and any decision making attribute required for any given location and time.
That is why we promote the development of custmized spatially intelligent, time-dependent asset and information management systems readily populatable, accessible, updatable and usable for interacting hundreds and thousands of employees and staff within an organization but with different roles and levels within managemnt down to the remote field personnel. Sector-specific dynamic asset management systems are of no choice to deal with solving management problems in the 21 century.
That is why CCL group has invested and ventured into this service area. Through years we have learnt that the static GIS-based systems and database systems are obsolute but rather the ABCs to be upgraded through the learning mechanism and inducable change management of organisations into spatial intelligent management information systems. We developed such systems for water resources management at basin (several countries level) and national level, for agricultural, transport, natural resources and other related sectors.
